Wie schon im letzten Jahr starten wir auch diesmal mit einem Klassiker: unserem großen Bild‑KI‑Vergleich. Dafür haben wir uns die aktuellsten Tools geschnappt und sie in echten Praxis‑Szenarien gegeneinander antreten lassen. Egal ob für ob Profi‑Designer, Marketer oder KI‑Neuling – wir zeigen euch, welche Anbieter/KI-Modelle 2026 vorne liegen und wo es noch hakt. Viel Spaß beim Anschauen und Vergleichen!

Wie wir die Bild-KI-Tools getestet haben

Für den Vergleich der verschiedenen Bild-KI-Tools haben wir jedem Tool exakt denselben Prompt vorgegeben. Die Tests gliederten sich in zwei Hauptaufgaben: Einerseits die Erstellung von Bildern ohne Referenzbilder und andererseits mit Referenzbildern. Die Referenzbilder wurden zuvor festgelegt und alle KI-Tools erhielten dieselben Bilder als Vorlage. Die Aufgabenbereiche reichten dabei von der Generierung einfacher Grafiken bis hin zu möglichst realistischen Bildern, die gezielt Emotionen einfangen sollten.

Getestet wurden die Bild-KI-Tools über Freepik (Google Modelle, Flux Modelle, Mystic 2.5 Fluid; Seedream und OpenAI Image-1.5), fal.ai, Adobe Firefly, Reve, Midjourney und lokal (Qwen Image Edit).

Unsere Testmethodik

Unsere Bewertung der Bild-KI-Ergebnisse ist subjektiv und basiert auf eigenen Beobachtungen. Wir haben für jede Aufgabe mehrere spezifische Bewertungskriterien definiert und diese systematisch durchgegangen. Zusätzlich haben wir Notizen zu Aspekten gemacht, die uns besonders aufgefallen sind, und diese in die Gesamteinschätzung mit einfließen lassen. So konnten wir detailliert und differenziert beurteilen, wie gut die einzelnen Tools die Anforderungen erfüllten.

2025 war der Siegeszug der kontextbasierten Bild-KI Modelle, die mit Referenzbildern arbeiten können – das hat alles verändert und öffnet viele neue Möglichkeiten mit einer niedrigen Eintrittsschwelle. Also ran an Flux.2, Nano Banana Pro & Co!

Bewertungskriterien

Für den Bild-KI-Test haben wir die Bewertungskriterien in zwei Aufgabenteile untergliedert.

Im ersten Teil, ohne Referenzbilder, gab es folgende Aufgaben:

1. Kreative Sticker-Illustration, bewertet nach Promptgenauigkeit, Textkorrektheit, kreativer Umsetzung, Farbigkeit und Klarheit der Sticker-Optik, zusätzlichen Bemerkungen und einer Gesamtbewertung.
2. Foto Hände in Interaktion, mit Bewertungskriterien wie Promptgenauigkeit, Anatomie der Hände, Realismus und Texturen, Detailgenauigkeit (z.B. bei Essen) sowie einer Gesamtbewertung.
3. Konzeptfusion Surreal, hierbei wurde die Promptgenauigkeit, die realistische Umsetzung der Hufschuhe sowie die Stimmigkeit von Surrealität und Realismus bewertet, ergänzt durch eine Gesamtbewertung.
4. Diversität Porträt, mit Fokus auf Promptgenauigkeit, Realismus und Hautdetails, emotionale Tiefe und Ausdruck, Lichtführung und Atmosphäre sowie einer abschließenden Gesamtbewertung.

Der zweite Teil beinhaltete Aufgaben mit Referenzbildern und folgende Bewertungskriterien:

1. Produktabbildung, bewertet nach Promptgenauigkeit, exakter Abbildung des Produkts, passenden Proportionen, sinnvoller Spiegelbild-Darstellung und Gesamtbewertung.
2. Produkt plus Charakter, mit Kriterien wie Promptgenauigkeit, Produkttreue, Charakter- und Portraittreue, Proportionen und Sinnhaftigkeit des Spiegelbildes sowie einer Gesamtbewertung.
3. Produkt in candid Foto, bewertet anhand Promptgenauigkeit, Produkttreue, Natürlichkeit und dem candid Foto-Effekt sowie Gesamtbewertung.
4. Stilübernahme im Grafikdesign, mit Schwerpunkt auf Promptgenauigkeit, Übertragung des Stils auf ein neues Motiv und abschließender Gesamtbewertung.

Aber es gibt einen wichtigen Twist: Georg Neumanns Beobachtung ist entscheidend – Flux.2 Max schlägt bei Produktabbildungen sogar Nano Banana Pro, wenn es um Präzision und Detailgenauigkeit geht. Speziell bei Packshots, Detailaufnahmen und Produktfotografie liefert Flux.2 Max ein Detailniveau, das in der Elite-Liga spielen kann. Das bedeutet praktisch: Bei realistischen Fotos und Objekten bleibt Nano Banana Pro führend, aber bei professioneller Produktfotografie ist Flux.2 Max oft das bessere Choice.

Dazu kommen Spezialist:innen wie Midjourney V7 (emotional, Stimmung, Atmosphäre), OpenAI Image-1.5 High (Text + Varianz) und Z-Image (Portrait, Authentizität), die ihre Niches haben.

Die Handlungsempfehlung bleibt pragmatisch: Wer professionell arbeitet, braucht nicht eins, sondern zwei bis drei Tools. Die kombinierte Strategie mit Nano Banana Pro + Flux.2 Max als Allrounder plus Midjourney für Atmosphäre-Arbeiten deckt 95% aller echten Use-Cases ab. Wer das Ganze unabhängiger betrachten möchte, sollte einen Blick in die LMArena werfen. Hier findet ihr die Bewertung der aktuellen Modelle durch zigtausende User und zufällig generierter Bilder.

Nano Banana Pro und Flux.2 [max] sind derzeit mein Go‑to Modelle für saubere Produktshots und realistische Szenen. Wenn es aber richtig komplex wird und der Workflow von A bis Z durchoptimiert sein muss, hole ich mein Spaghetti‑Monster raus: ComfyUI, damit wird aus ‚mal schauen, was rauskommt‘ eine ziemlich konkrete Produktionspipeline.

Für Dev + Pure Pay-per-Use (fal.ai / Replicate):
Beide sind nicht für Endnutzer gemacht, aber unverzichtbar, wenn ihr Models in Produkte embedden wollt oder volle API-Kontrolle über jeden Parameter braucht.

• fal.ai: Latenz-optimiert, sehr schnell. ~0,004 €/Gen bei Flux, billiger bei Nano Banana. Perfekt für Production-Scale.

Die klare Empfehlung für die meisten: Freepik Premium+ für Komfort und Features; komplementär fal.ai, wenn es um API-getriebene Automatisierung und Scale geht.
